MEF is a non-profit organization that awards teacher-initiated grants in Madison Public Schools. We fund great ideas that inspire educators and enrich the academic and creative lives and social emotional health of students. We are able to make a difference in our public schools through individual donations, fundraising events and campaigns, and corporate sponsorships. Since 2003, MEF has awarded more than 600 teacher-initiated grants totaling over $2 million dollars across all schools, grade levels, and curriculum areas.
